Cloudnet.ai builds next-generation, cloud-native, AI-native BSS and private network platforms to accelerate digital transformation for service providers and enterprises.

With headquarters in Singapore and teams across North America and Europe, we acquired AsiaInfo’s international business and launched CloudRAN.AI — a subsidiary focused on enterprise private 5G networks.

We deliver scalable, AI-enhanced, secure private 5G and cloud-native BSS solutions designed to reduce deployment complexity, speed up time-to-value, and support modern enterprise and critical operations.

Our portfolio includes:

- Cloud BSS: Veris Cloud BSS provides AI-powered business support tools to streamline operations and decision-making.

- Private 5G Kits: Compact, turnkey private 5G kits for fast, cost-effective indoor and outdoor deployments.

- AI-Driven RAN Planning: Megrez, our in-house generative AI platform, automates RF planning and optimizes RAN design.

- Mission-Critical Communications (MCX): Integrated MCX delivers priority voice/video/data on Private 5G—so critical communications keep working when networks are busy.

We work alongside industry leaders such as NVIDIA, AWS, Intel, and Trend Micro to deliver innovative, standards-compliant solutions.

Cloudnet.ai is committed to combining AI, cloud, and private networks to help customers build future-ready digital infrastructure.

Decent Tech, But Job Security Is Tricky
Pros: The projects are genuinely cool, especially working on the core cloud computing AI platform. You get to learn a lot about machine learning and modern development stacks. The remote work flexibility is also a big plus for a lot of us.
Cons: Job security is definitely a big concern here. As an AI startup, there's a lot of churn, and I've seen teams get reorganized or projects shut down with little warning. It just feels a bit unstable sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about the company's financial health and future plans. It would really help ease employee anxieties about job security.
