Leadership has some good, some not-so-good.
Pros: Some senior managers are really hands-on, which helps us Product Manager types. You get to learn from seasoned folks in the telecommunications industry. The hybrid work model is a plus too.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit disconnected from ground-level work sometimes. There's a lot of top-down decision making, not much room for feedback. It's hard to feel heard, especially for mid-level roles.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more and really listen to feedback from all levels. More transparency in decision-making would go a long way. This is crucial for retaining talent in Singapore's competitive infocomm sector.

Customer Service Representative

Decent place, but WFH is tricky
Pros: They offer a hybrid model for some roles, which is a start. For customer service roles, having a few WFH days each week really helps. It makes managing personal stuff a bit easier.
Cons: The WFH options aren't consistent across the board. Getting approval for extra flexible hours can be a real headache, especially in the busy telecom industry. It feels a bit like luck of the draw sometimes.
Advice to Management: Make the work-from-home policy more transparent and consistent for all teams, especially for frontline roles like Customer Service Representative. It would really help with morale.

Flexibility Is Okay, But Not Great
Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is nice. Sometimes you can WFH if your manager approves, especially helpful for those in the Singapore office when traffic is bad. It's a solid option for our industry.
Cons: It's not a true WFH setup though; you still need to be in the office most days. Getting that approval can be tough, and it's not consistent across all teams. As a Product Manager, I'd prefer more dedicated remote days.
Advice to Management: Give employees more trust and implement a clearer, more consistent WFH policy with defined remote days, not just 'manager's discretion'. This would really help morale.
