review and is evolving.
Pros: The teams are usually solid and supportive, which helps a lot. You really do learn a ton about the Brazilian retail and e-commerce markets. Good for building experience, even with the intense pace.
Cons: Work-life balance for a Marketing Analyst is often rough. Expect 50-hour weeks, even with a hybrid model. Management constantly pushes aggressive targets, creating a lot of pressure. It's hard to truly disconnect after hours.
Advice to Management: Management needs to focus on making workloads more realistic for corporate teams. Respect employees' time outside of working hours, even with the hybrid model. Burnout is a real issue here.
