Pros: I like that there's a hybrid option for many roles, including us Software Engineers. It's nice to have some WFH days for focus. The team is pretty supportive when you are in the Jakarta office.
Cons: Work flexibility here is a bit rigid for a startup. They push for more in-office days than initially stated. Spontaneous remote work is tough to get approved, even for routine pharmacy tech tasks. It feels less flexible than promised.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more with actual work flexibility. Don't just say hybrid, make it truly flexible. Let us decide when we're most productive, especially for technical roles.
