Leadership is a mixed bag here

Fast fashion pace makes work-life balance hard
Pros: I've learned a lot about the global e-commerce supply chain. The team is generally pretty young and energetic in the Los Angeles office. You get a lot of hands-on experience quickly.
Cons: Work-life balance is really challenging for e-commerce operations roles. It's common to work 10-12 hour days, especially during big sales pushes. Personal time is hard to come by with the demanding schedule.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads for the e-commerce operations teams. More staffing or clearer boundaries could definitely help improve employee well-being.

Pros: The pace of the fast fashion industry here means you learn super quickly. As a Junior Merchandiser, I gained tons of experience in e-commerce retail. The teams are generally supportive, and there's always something new happening.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough. There's almost no work flexibility or remote options; everything is strictly onsite work in the Los Angeles office. It's long hours, often well over 40 hour weeks, with little room for personal life.
Advice to Management: Consider offering hybrid or remote options for some roles. It would really help with employee retention and overall morale.
