We are Goodhire. We help Singapore families to hire domestic helpers while ensuring a worry-free, fair and transparent process. Our approach is to create lasting win-win solutions for everyone. We are licensed and accredited to place domestic helpers in Singapore. Our founder Jude found his domestic worker through a traditional agency and hired her to support his growing family. He remembers he didn’t have to pay very much but was shocked to realise that the agency had charged his worker 8 months of her salary for the job placement. As an employer, he felt terrible and convinced that there was a better way for Singapore families to hire the support they needed at home. So the idea for Goodhire was born, an ethical and responsible employment agency that strives for the elimination of worker exploitation and modern slavery in Singapore, as well as matching for the best possible employment conditions for both employers and workers.
