Pros: We do get some WFH days, which is nice. As a Project Coordinator in the Kuala Lumpur office, I can usually shift my start time an hour when needed. Hybrid work is an option a few times a week, so it's not totally onsite.
Cons: The flexibility policy isn't super clear sometimes. It feels a bit ad-hoc, not really standardized for everyone in the tech services industry. You still need approval for everything, so you can't just assume you can work from home last minute.
Advice to Management: Make the hybrid work policy clearer. Standardize expectations for remote and onsite days across all departments in this corporate environment. It would really help us out.
