Bertanggungjawab dalam menyelenggara Sistem Pengurusan HSE (HSEMS) & Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (QMS) KTSB dan memastikan pelaksanaan Pelan HSEQ yang berjaya.

Akauntabiliti Utama:

1) Pembangunan dan pelaksanaan Dasar

· Membantu dalam pembangunan dan pengurusan pelaksanaan serta pengekalan dasar HSEQ yang memberi tumpuan kepada

alam sekitar dan pembangunan lestari selaras dengan keperluan kawal selia dan industri

amalan terbaik.

· Memastikan komunikasi dan pemahaman dasar yang berkesan merentasi semua peringkat organisasi.

2) Pematuhan dan pengauditan

· Menjalankan pemantauan alam sekitar secara berkala dan audit pematuhan mengikut Impak Alam Sekitar

Penilaian (EIA) dan Pelan Pengurusan Alam Sekitar (EMP)

· Menjalankan audit dan penilaian berkala untuk pengurusan alam sekitar bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan

Peraturan alam sekitar dan piawaian HSEQ.

· Sentiasa mengikuti perubahan dalam peraturan dan piawaian serta mengemas kini amalan organisasi dengan sewajarnya.

3) Penilaian dan pengurusan Risiko

· Mengenal pasti dan menilai aspek dan impak Alam Sekitar di tempat kerja.

· Membangun dan melaksanakan program pengurusan risiko untuk mengurangkan dan mengawal risiko yang dikenal pasti.

4) Latihan dan pembangunan

· Merancang dan menyampaikan program latihan HSEQ yang berkaitan dengan alam sekitar dan pembangunan lestari untuk

mendidik pekerja dan kontraktor tentang dasar, prosedur dan amalan terbaik.

· Memupuk budaya alam sekitar dan kesedaran pembangunan lestari, pembelajaran berterusan dan

penambahbaikan dalam hal ehwal HSEQ.

5) Pembangunan Kelestarian

· Menyelaras pelaksanaan inisiatif Pelan Kelestarian dan status susulan. Untuk bulanan

pelaporan kemampanan

· Memulakan program Pembangunan Lestari untuk syarikat ke arah sasaran Sifar Bersih

· Mengurus pelaporan prestasi Alam Sekitar dan Kelestarian kepada pihak dalaman dan luaran.

· Mengurus penjejakan audit untuk merangkumi semua item audit dalaman dan luaran yang penting untuk alam sekitar dan

kawasan kemampanan.

Kelayakan/Pendidikan/Pengalaman/Latihan/Pengetahuan:

· Ijazah Sarjana Muda/Diploma dalam Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan / Pengurusan Alam Sekitar /

Kejuruteraan atau bidang teknikal lain yang berkaitan dengan satu (1) tahun pengalaman kerja (sebaik-baiknya dalam

industri minyak, gas atau petrokimia).

· Mempunyai kemahiran lisan dan bertulis yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris, menyesuaikan diri dalam penyediaan

Responsible in maintaining the KTSB HSE Management System (HSEMS) & Quality Management System (QMS) and to ensure successful implementation of the HSEQ Plan.

Key Accountabilities:

3)Risk Assessment and management

4)Training and development

· Plan and deliver HSEQ training programs related to environment and sustainable development to

educate employees and contractors on policies, procedures, and best practices.

5)Sustainability Development

· Coordinate implementation of Sustainability Plan initiatives and follow up status. For monthly

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge:

Tanggungjawab:

• Melakukan pengambilan kuantiti, anggaran kos, dan penyediaan bajet projek dan pelan kos
• Memantau, mengawal dan merekodkan penggunaan bahan dan kos projek bagi memastikan keselarasan dengan bajet yang diluluskan

Responsibilities:

1. Event Management
