Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ACCA-qualified Accountant to manage full-spectrum accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic financial decision-making. As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Inspection Team Leader and working as a part of our Operations team. Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP), and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and report defects with clear documentation.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze complex software systems to identify root causes of issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Quality Oversight and Failure Analysis:

To lead and manage construction works during operational phase, including system upgrade, modification, and performance improvement activities. The role ensures all design and execution works are delivered safely, accurately, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory standards.

Construction Planning and Execution:

• Manage construction works as per developed project execution plan, schedules, milestones, drawings, technical specifications.
• Address site technical queries, resolve issues, and provide necessary approvals to maintain progress
• Develop and lead catch-up plans for construction, and commissioning activities in order to be aligned with project objectives and timelines.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Assist in preparing and monitoring the project budget and controlling costs

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary construction liaison between the client, TNB/Government authorities, project teams, vendors, and subcontractors

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks during all phases and develop mitigation plans

Commissioning and Handover:

• Prepare, review all the testing procedure and program as per specifications
• Oversee the commissioning phase, ensuring all systems are tested and operational as per specifications
• Review final documentation from vendor/subcontractors to facilitate project handover

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical/civil engineering or construction work background, with construction management related to High Voltage (HV) power system being added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Possess valid CIDB Green Card.
• Able to be located at outstation (i.e. construction site) during project execution.
• Knowledge of solar PV system installation, maintenance, performance monitoring, and electrical protection systems

You will play a key role in monitoring and improving the quality of services and engagement with our network of providers across Asia and beyond. This includes measuring quality outcomes, planning professional development programs, evaluating learning and development initiatives, managing relationships with relevant institutional stakeholders, and ensuring our network service quality remains at the highest level. The ideal candidate combines subject matter expertise in mental health with the ability to think strategically about improving quality and strengthening engagement with our global network of mental health professionals.

• You will identify trends in clinical performance data and translate them into actionable quality improvement initiatives.
• You will ensure clinical practices comply with relevant regulatory and ethical standards across operating markets.

• Registered or licensed mental health professional (clinical psychologist, counselling psychologist, or counsellor) with an active credential from a recognised professional body.
