Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety & Health Coordinator / Junior Safety Officer to oversee, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health standards across our workplace. The successful candidate will act as our internal OSH backbone, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing workplace hazards, and driving a positive safety culture.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Act as the designated OSH Coordinator under Section 29A of the OSHA (Amendment) Act 2022.

Interior Design Support

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing interior design drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.

•⁠ ⁠Support the team in space planning, furniture arrangement, and concept development.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in creating mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.

•⁠ ⁠Revise drawings and renderings based on feedback from the design team.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct site measurements and assist during site visits when required.

1.⁠ ⁠Property Acquisition & Business Development

•⁠ ⁠Identify and approach property owners, investors, landlords, and developers to introduce COBNB's short-term rental management services.

•⁠ ⁠Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, property exhibitions, and industry events.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients.

•⁠ ⁠Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close property management agreements.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

2.⁠ ⁠Relationship Management

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, agents, and business partners.

•⁠ ⁠Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding process.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction.

•⁠ ⁠Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agencies and referral partners.

3.⁠ ⁠Market Research & Strategy

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, occupancy rates, rental performance, and competitor activities.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new growth opportunities and target markets.

•⁠ ⁠Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.

4.⁠ ⁠Internal Coordination

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth unit onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate property inspections, documentation, and handover processes.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and signed agreements in the CRM system.

Job Requirements :

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or property management is an added advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings and site visits.

We are looking for a hands-on, customer-oriented Outlet Supervisor to lead our arcade outlet and manage a team of frontline staff. If you enjoy working with people in a fun and fast-paced environment, and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.

The Supervisor will be based at the new outlet, Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of frontline arcade staff.
• Prepare and plan staff duty rosters and manage daily manpower arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and provide guidance and support when needed.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, safe, and operating smoothly at all times.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure arcade machines, games, and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales closing, and basic inventory control.
• Support outlet promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shopping mall requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification, preferably Diploma.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer service operations.
• Experience leading a small team of frontline staff.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and supervise daily vaccination work according to the farm schedule.

• Ensure vaccines are stored, prepared, and used properly.

• Supervise the vaccination team and make sure work is done safely and correctly.

• Keep track of vaccine stock and inform management when replenishment is needed.

• Check and maintain vaccination equipment to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.

• Work closely with farm management and veterinarians on vaccination programmes.

• Prepare and maintain records and reports related to vaccination activities.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD and management.

Requirements

• Possess at least an SPM certificate or Diploma qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in poultry farming or vaccination operations will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work in a farm environment and comply with strict biosecurity protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new accounts and expand existing client’s accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and assigned reports (Key customer visit report, monthly reports).
• Assists in implementation of effective sales systems and procedures that ensure efficient execution.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, pro-active
• Possess own transport
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & local dialects.
• Preferably with industrial sales experience.
• We provide petrol allowance and maintenance allowance.
