Role Description
This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As a Quantity Surveyor (QS), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Key tasks include cost estimation, preparation of tender and contract documents, risk analysis and management, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards. Effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 02 - 03 working experience in QS
- Proficiency in cost estimation, budget control, and contract administration
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in standard QS software and tools (training will be provided for new QS)
- Ability to work effectively on-site and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in construction, project management, or a related field is advantageous
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
