Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer here is pretty solid, especially working remote from Texas. You do get a decent 401k match, which is a nice perk in the fintech industry. It's not huge tech money, but it's competitive.
Cons: The health insurance plans are way too expensive, so your take-home pay shrinks fast. PTO is also pretty standard; I really wish there was more flexibility or unlimited options like other tech companies. The benefits don't quite keep up.
