Pros: They do offer some hybrid work for administrative staff, which is a plus. The company culture tries to support a decent work-life balance when it comes to scheduling for Patient Coordinator roles.
Cons: True flexibility for unexpected needs is tough to get approved for, though. There's not much wiggle room if you need to shift hours around for personal appointments in the Dallas, TX office. Fully remote options are almost non-existent for most positions here.
Advice to Management: Look into offering more flexibility for personal appointments, maybe a rotating remote schedule that's more adaptable. It would really help with employee morale.
