Pros: Some managers here really get it, especially in our Manila office. They try to support their car rental agents and offer decent advice when you need it. It’s good to have a few leaders who genuinely care about the team.
Cons: The leadership really isn't consistent. One day you have a supportive supervisor, the next it’s micromanagement, which is tough for customer service representatives. Plus, upper management doesn't communicate well about the vehicle fleet changes or company direction in this corporate setup.
Advice to Management: Standardize manager training across all branches. Improve communication channels from upper management down to the frontline staff. Your people in the car rental industry need clear direction.
