Pros: I loved the full WFH option for my Talent Acquisition Specialist role. It really helped with my daily schedule. You get decent flexibility, especially outside of major client deadlines. It's a pretty good deal for recruitment roles.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough during peak hiring seasons. Expect some long hours then. It's not uncommon to put in 50+ hour weeks when we're really slammed, which is typical for the staffing industry. Management often pushes for high output.
