Pros: I like the team, everyone's smart. The remote work setup is really flexible, which helps a lot with my personal life. We get decent benefits for a startup.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit disconnected. As a Software Engineer, it often feels like there's not a clear long-term roadmap. Decisions change pretty fast, which gets frustrating for WFH employees.
Advice to Management: Try to set a clearer vision and stick to it longer. More consistent communication on strategy would really help the engineering teams.
