Okay for starters, but don't expect much flexibility.
Pros: The initial training is solid, especially for new Customer Service Representative roles. You learn a lot about handling different client accounts and basic call center operations. It's a decent entry into the BPO industry if you need the experience.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't their strong suit. Schedules are pretty rigid, and it's tough to get shift swaps approved, even with advance notice. For a Customer Service Representative, WFH options are super limited or non-existent in the Manila office, which can be a real drag.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more work-from-home options or at least more predictable shift bidding for your Customer Service Representative teams. A little flexibility goes a long way for retention.
