Leadership has good intentions, execution varies
Pros: They really try to support professional development for Operations Manager roles. You often get to take ownership of projects in the facility management industry. Remote work options are okay sometimes, which is a plus.
Cons: Communication from upper management can be pretty spotty. Decisions sometimes feel rushed without enough input from the teams on the ground. There's not a clear path for career growth beyond your current role.
Advice to Management: Work on improving internal communication channels, especially between different levels of management. Listen more to the frontline teams and Operations Managers before making big company-wide decisions.

Good team, but pay isn't great for facilities
Pros: The crew here is pretty solid. It's a decent place for Facility Coordinator roles if you're looking for a stable facilities services environment. You'll learn a lot on the job.
Cons: But honestly, the compensation isn't really competitive. My salary felt low for facility management work in Dallas, TX. The benefits packages also leave a lot to be desired, especially the health options.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at the current compensation structure. Boosting pay and benefits would make a huge difference for retaining good facilities professionals.
