Pros: The team was really solid and I got to work on some cool recruiting software projects. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I definitely leveled up my skills in sourcing and candidate experience. There's a decent focus on professional development if you ask for it.
Cons: Job security here felt pretty shaky, especially as a remote employee. There were multiple rounds of layoffs during my time, which made everyone nervous. It's a startup, so they don't really commit to long-term staffing plans, even when performance is good.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about the company's financial health and staffing plans. More clarity would really help with employee morale and retention.
