Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations. Since 2015, we've helped partners raise, scale, and exit — delivering the systems and architectures they're built on. We're profitable, privately held, and growing at double digits year over year.
We work with clients who are building at scale and can't afford to get it wrong. Our team operates at the intersection of technical depth and strategic judgment, embedded in the decisions that shape what our clients ship.
We don't manage engineers — we hire people we trust and get out of their way. Spectrum One is a remote-first, high-trust team that values autonomy, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking. We hire for depth, and we build the kind of environment where that depth compounds.

Pros: The benefits are actually solid, especially for a big corporate place in the telecom industry. You get decent health insurance and a 401k match. Some of the team members in customer support roles are really great people, which helps a lot.
Cons: The company culture here feels pretty old school and hierarchical. There's not much room for new ideas, and it's hard to feel heard. Team morale in the Los Angeles office sometimes feels low.
Advice to Management: Management should really focus on fostering an open-door policy. Listen to employees more, especially regarding morale and new ideas. Modernize the approach to team building and recognition.
