Pros: Some team leads in the Manila office are pretty good. They're supportive, especially when you're swamped with a big project. You get to learn a lot as an Electronics Engineer, which is solid for skill development.
Cons: Upper management can be out of touch with what's happening on the ground in our manufacturing operations. Decisions often feel top-down, without much input from the team. It's tough to get clear direction sometimes, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the engineers and team members. Get a better understanding of daily manufacturing operations challenges. Improve communication about company direction and strategy.
