Cons: Work-life balance here is tough. Expect long hours, often 50+ hour weeks, especially when nearing client deadlines. Hybrid work can feel more like onsite because you're expected in the Atlanta, GA office a lot.
Advice to Management: Try to enforce more realistic project timelines. It would really help with employee burnout and improve the work-life balance for all the Business Analyst roles.
