Pros: I've learned a lot about software development and agile methodologies here. The team environment is generally solid, and my fellow developers are super helpful. The hybrid work model is a big plus for work-life balance too.
Cons: Leadership often feels out of touch with the day-to-day for us engineers. Decisions can be pretty top-down, which makes it tough for front-line Software Engineer roles to influence projects. Sometimes it feels like they don't really get the technical challenges we face.
Advice to Management: Try to get more feedback from the ground up. Really listen to your software engineers and understand the technical details before making big project decisions.
