Pros: The team collaboration is solid; everyone helps out when you're swamped. I also liked the hybrid work model; it was great to have some WFH days. For a recruiting agency, they do invest in decent tools.
Cons: The company culture here pushes for long hours and high targets constantly. There's a lot of pressure on metrics, which can burn people out, especially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Leadership isn't always great at recognizing individual efforts.
Advice to Management: Try to ease up on the constant pressure and recognize individual wins more often. Focus on sustainable productivity over just hitting numbers to improve the overall company culture.
