Pros: The WFH policy itself is pretty solid; I could work remote a few days a week, which helped a lot. They don't really micromanage your daily hours as long as you hit your executive search targets. That's a big plus for personal stuff.
Cons: It's not truly hybrid like they advertised; you're expected in the NYC office more often than not. Last-minute, in-person meetings often messed up my WFH days. For headhunting, you still end up working long hours, remote or not.
Advice to Management: Really commit to the hybrid model if you offer it. Don't pull people into the office for things that could be done remote. Consistency for Recruitment Consultants would be huge.
