Pros: I've worked as an IT Consultant here for a few years. They do offer a pretty decent hybrid work model for many IT services roles. Getting 2-3 days remote from home each week is nice. It helps balance life, especially for those in systems integration.
Cons: However, true work flexibility can really depend on your specific client project and manager. Some client-facing IT consulting engagements still demand more onsite time than preferred. It's not a universal policy across the mid-sized tech firm, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid model more across all departments and projects. It would help boost morale and improve consistency for IT consultants across our various client solutions.
