Our journey: from tech roots to global reach Founded in Stockholm in 2012, Netzon began as a bold tech startup—developing smart platforms, customized software, and digital solutions for fast-paced startups and global brands alike.
As our clients grew, their needs shifted—from great tech to great support. That evolution led us to blend technology and human service, expanding our capabilities far beyond code.
Today: scalable solutions with a human touch We opened our first office in the Philippines in 2016, expanded to Singapore by 2023, and launched full-service contact centers. In 2025, we added a hub in the Czech Republic to support our European partners.
Now a global partner, Netzon delivers tech-powered customer care across industries and time zones. We believe growth happens when smart automation meets real human connection—and we’re built to lead both.

Pros: It's nice that we get some hybrid work options. I can WFH two days a week, which helps avoid Dallas traffic. For a mid-sized tech company, it's a start, especially for software development roles.
Cons: But honestly, it's pretty rigid beyond those two days. You have to be onsite three days a week, no exceptions. I wish there was more trust for remote work for us Software Engineers. It feels a bit old school sometimes, not truly flexible.
Advice to Management: Trust your teams more. Giving Software Engineers more freedom with their work arrangement would really boost morale and productivity. Consider offering fully remote options for those who perform well.

Pros: Some senior managers genuinely care about their teams. You see a push for modern agile methodologies for software development projects. The hybrid work model in the Austin office is decent.
Cons: Middle management can be a real bottleneck for progress. Decisions get delayed constantly, and as a Software Engineer, it's frustrating. There's a noticeable lack of clear communication from the top down.
Advice to Management: Focus on training middle management in decision-making and clear communication. Improve the flow of information across software development teams.
