Pros: I appreciate the hybrid model; it's usually three days in the Manila office and two WFH. As a Software Developer, getting those remote days helps a lot with focus for complex IT solutions tasks. It's a nice change from being fully onsite.
Cons: The 'hybrid' part sometimes feels more like 'mostly onsite' when project deadlines hit. There's not much say in which specific days you can work remotely. Full remote work isn't really an option for most roles, which can be tough.
