Pros: I've met some great people here. The team for food service operations in the Los Angeles area is pretty solid, everyone helps out. You get decent experience handling daily restaurant operations.
Cons: The company culture can be a bit 'old school'. There's not much room to grow, even as a Shift Manager, it's tough to move up. Pay isn't great, especially for the long hours.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at creating clearer career paths for hourly and management staff. Invest in training and show people there's a future beyond just daily tasks.
