Decent pay but work-life balance can be a struggle
Pros: The pay for new hires is decent for the Manila area, and you do get a stable job in the BPO industry. There's a solid healthcare benefit too. It's a good place to start if you're looking for your first corporate job.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially with the rotating shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, I often worked weekends and holidays, which made planning personal stuff hard. There's not much work flexibility for onsite roles.
Advice to Management: Managers should try to offer more consistent schedules or at least better rotation transparency. Giving team members more notice for shift changes would really help with planning.
