Pros: For operations roles, the job security here is really good. You don't have to worry much about layoffs, which is nice in the financial services industry. The pay and benefits are pretty decent for a remote position.
Cons: There isn't a lot of room for career growth, especially for Payment Processing Specialists. The work can get pretty repetitive, and there isn't much chance to take on new or challenging payment processing tasks.
