Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model; it's good to have some WFH days each week. As a Software Engineer, I like not having to commute five days, which is a common setup in the ERP software space.
Cons: It's not truly remote though, and you're still expected in the office specific days. Sometimes last-minute in-person meetings pop up, messing with my plans for quiet focus at home.
Advice to Management: Really look into offering more fully remote options for technical roles. Or, at least make the hybrid schedule more consistent and predictable so we can plan better.
