Cons: Honestly, job security isn't great. There's a pretty high turnover, especially for entry-level geospatial roles in the Manila office. Project contracts can end suddenly, which makes you nervous about your future here.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate project pipelines more clearly to employees to alleviate job security concerns. Invest in internal projects to maintain staff between client contracts, especially for long-term employees.
