Pros: Being an Enrollment Specialist here, I can say salary is consistently paid on time. That's a huge plus in the edtech industry. The basic HMO coverage is also decent, which is important for those in the Manila office.
Cons: But annual raises are really slow, almost non-existent. There's not much in terms of performance bonuses or extra perks. For Enrollment Specialist roles, I feel the compensation could be more competitive.
