Decent WFH balance for recruitment pros
Pros: As a Recruitment Specialist, I've really appreciated the work flexibility. Being remote from Denver helps a lot with my commute time, giving me more personal hours. Generally, my 40-hour weeks are respected, which is great for WFH life.
Cons: Sometimes client demands mean late nights, especially in talent acquisition. It's not constant, but it can disrupt that work-life balance. Project deadlines can also creep up fast in these recruitment roles.
Advice to Management: Keep prioritizing employee well-being, maybe provide more tools for managing client expectations in talent acquisition.

Okay for starting out, but career path gets fuzzy
Pros: You learn a lot about the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate screening, which is good experience for entry-level talent acquisition roles. They offer decent benefits for remote work, and the team is generally pretty supportive.
Cons: Career growth for us Recruitment Coordinators is pretty limited. There aren't many opportunities to move up unless someone leaves, and formal training for professional development is almost non-existent. It feels like you hit a ceiling quickly in this recruitment industry segment.
Advice to Management: Create more structured career paths and offer actual professional development programs for entry-level recruitment roles. It would really help with employee retention.
