Flexibility is a Mixed Bag for Remote IT Support
Pros: It's nice that EOS IT Solutions offers remote work for many roles, which is a big plus. As an IT Support Specialist, I could mostly work from home, saving on commute time. The initial setup for remote employees was pretty smooth, getting all the tech ready.
Cons: But the actual work flexibility for IT roles often feels pretty limited. There's a lot of pressure around on-call shifts and client support emergencies, which can really mess with your personal time. Sometimes the scheduling feels rigid, even when working remote from home.
Advice to Management: Managers should look into better staffing for after-hours and weekend support. It'd make a huge difference for IT Support Specialist roles if there was more structured flexibility or clearer boundaries around on-call expectations. Better rotation or more clear communication would help a lot.

Decent entry-level, slow career growth
Pros: It's a good spot to learn the ropes for an entry-level IT Support Specialist. You get exposed to a lot of different enterprise IT solutions in the NYC office. The team is pretty supportive when you're just starting out.
Cons: Career growth here is really tough; there aren't many paths up from desktop support roles. Promotions for technical roles don't happen often, so you hit a ceiling fast. I felt like I had to leave to find a senior IT position elsewhere.
Advice to Management: You guys really need to develop clearer career paths. Invest in internal mobility and advanced training for your IT Support Specialists. This would help a lot with retention.

Okay Experience with Leadership, Room to Grow
Pros: Some team leads are really supportive. They let you take initiative on projects, which is great for skill development. I got to try out new tech stacks as a Software Engineer, which isn't always common.
Cons: Upper management often felt a bit disconnected. There wasn't always a clear vision for long-term goals in the IT solutions industry. This made planning difficult, especially for our remote team in Dallas, TX. Sometimes it felt like micromanagement.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication from the top. Help managers understand how to support remote teams better. More consistent vision for where the IT solutions industry is headed would be helpful.
