This position Sales Administration & Customer Support Officer is not a sales job. Rather it is to be part of their sales service team providing administrative support role within the office. The duties
Reporting to Sales Manager, the position is permanent and is office bound position where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to sales and service activities. -Manage day-to-day customer inquiries on company's products and services.

Prior initial work experience gained from Big 4 or second tier audit firm would be highly regarded.
Technically competent and up to date with relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards, especially Financial Reporting standards.

Knowledge of consolidation skills will be necessary.

This is an established international logistics and freight services company who are seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. About the job
The opernings permanent positions at junior level. Reporting to senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams. The main purpose of the position is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance,processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. Part of the role and duties will be performing posting of the accounting information in the accounting system.
About the candidate
Candidates for this junior role must possess at least Diploma qualification in Accounting/Book Keeping. Candidates should have at least one or two years of book keeping/accounting experience working ideally in retail industry. In this care, fresh graduates with Bachelor deegree in Accounting qualification will be duly considered for the position of Accounts Assistant role. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting candidates to gain experience and establish themselves in an established renowned retail organization. Key role responsibilities
As Accountant for the group, you will reporting to Senior Finance Manager. This position is a crucial technical role in the Group finance team, requiring strong consolidation skillset.
The role will include:
*Prepare group consolidated monthly,quarterly and yearly management accounts,financial statement.
*Review monthly consolidation.
*Prepare condensed statement for Bursa Malaysia,key note on segment reporting.
*Prepare monthly management accounts analysis.
*Perform month end and year end processes,Financial Accounting.
*Prepare budget, cost tracking and control report.
Candidate profile
*Malaysian in age group 30-40.
*Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/CIMA.
*3-5 years in Group Accountant role of a listed company with diversified portfolios/activities.
*Solid technical background,including consolidated reporting and statutory reporting.
*Good understanding of complex multi-tier consolidation within listed environment.
*Strong direct experience in Corporate finance portfolio will be advantageous.
*Good communication skills with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Duties

*Manage the new starters, leavers and contract changes.
*Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR department requirements and in line with current legislation and company policy.
Candidate profile & Attributes
*Malaysian preferably in age group 28-38.
*Minimum a Diploma or degree qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
*A good 3-5 years of HR functions and payroll administration.
*Knowledge of current legislation relating to human resource management.
*Experience in payroll processing and foreign workers administration.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin (verbal and written).
Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin as the role requires interaction with Mandarin speaking clients/stake holders in headquarters in China.
