Salary: £85-120 per day (depending on experience)

We are excited to invite applications for the position of a full time Cover Supervisor located in Birmingham. This role requires a full-time, long-term commitment in a mainstream school where you will be working alongside Secondary School students. The successful applicant will have previous experience working with students from KS3 and above and have excellent behaviour management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide support and assistance to students during classroom activities whilst helping to maintain good classroom behaviour

- Excellent classroom management and high organisational skills

- Participate actively in school events and community-building activities

The successful Cover supervisor will have:

• Excellent ability to accommodate classroom activities to individual needs
• Previous experience as a cover supervisor
• Previous experience working with students spanning KS3-KS4
