Responsibilities

• Develop, articulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with APAC DSC strategic objectives
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security

Requirements

• Supply Chain Experience across APAC Regions
• Leading Regional &/or Global Programs on behalf of APAC
• Minimum 10 years of progressive information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processes
• Minimum 8 years leading a team including architects, engineers, quality assurance, and operations professionals
• Degree in computer science or relevant field ; Master’s degree would be an advantage
• Established experience delivering information management solutions to large numbers of end users
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management
• Creative, independent, and highly motivated
• Logistics Business Acumen would be an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with methodologies of Agile (SCRUM) delivery methods
• Experience with various Data Technology Toolsets (Datalakes, Azure platform, non-SQL, SQL , Snowflake, Qlikview etc..)

Responsibilities:

• Establish a sales strategy and implement it according to the company's strategy and market conditions
• Comprehensively analyze customer needs, target markets, target consumers, competitors and other aspects to develop new clientele and new businesses
• Establish a sales team, formulate the team's sales strategy and organize its implementation, and lead the team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain good communication and contact with customers, understand customer status at any time, and collect customer information
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and farm for potential secondary sales opportunities;
• Coordinate with customers at all levels and on-site workers to develop and maintain good customer relationships, and assist in cooperating with project implementation progress

Qualifications:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to cover the role of Program Manager during a 6- month maternity leave. This role involves leading a team focused on launching a series of philanthropic impact funds. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, strategic communications, and event curation — ensuring the success of our philanthropic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Management: Oversee the setup and management of multiple philanthropic impact funds
• Fund Activation: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the funds together with the development team.
• Donor Relations: Engage with donors and champions, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This may include onboarding donors to ACF and grant advisory.
• NPO Relations: Work closely with our non-profit partners to onboard them onto ACF platform as well as co-create attractive funds and narratives that clearly represent the needs and the solutions
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• ⁠Project Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strategic Communications: Together with the Communications Director, develop and execute communication strategies to effectively promote our initiatives and engage stakeholders.
• Event Curation: Plan and execute events that are attractive and engaging for participants, aligning with our mission and goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of professional work experience
• Experience working in the social impact sector, CSR or philanthropy
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the philanthropic or nonprofit sector.
• ⁠Strong strategic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ⁠Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.

• Experience in campaign management, fundraising, donor engagement and event planning is not a requirement but a candidate with this experience would be preferred

About the role:

We are seeking a driven, customer-centric, innovative, and results-oriented Sales Manager to focus on the Japanese market. You will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our market presence. This role involves creating predictable sales growth and helping us reach our goals through building and converting our pipeline of customers in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire sales funnel from qualification to closing in B2B/enterprise sales.

What success looks like in this role:

• We consistently meet or exceed the company’s quarterly and annual sales goals within the Japanese market through your ambitious approach in Sales.

• A consistent and growing stream of clients in Japan opting for paid trials and subsequently becoming customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the Japanese market to expand our customer base and solidify our market presence.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing SaaS contracts with senior executives in Japanese B2B companies.

Owns completion of high-level activities directly for a member of Intel's executive team. Provides counsel to executives in assisting and/or driving business decision making process.
