The Role:

Primary function is to plan and monitor daily work operations for a team of operators. Provide direction to this team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. • Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, production flow, floor layout and product quality.

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of industry experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
• 5+ years of experience building services, platforms, data pipelines and the systems needed to support them. Familiarity with building scalable and robust services and platforms is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
• A track record of working closely across engineering disciplines to co-ordinate development and deployment of engineering systems
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience, experience presenting to senior executive audiences
• Demonstrated experience in the entire software product development cycle
