Key responsibilities:

• Develop the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturing/Operating Instructions.
• Create, manage, and debug the recipe/models for the process control system.
• Investigate, document, and resolve issues relating to quality and EHS that are seen during production or during batch record reviews.
• Create, put into effect, and track effective preventive measures for processing problems.
• Ensure that the site's safety and quality requirements are followed by taking a proactive role in this.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and efficient processes within our organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide critical techno-functional support for the financial and trading market, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
• Oversee and enhance the trading telephony system, taking an active role in system improvements and daily maintenance.
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain the global trader voice platforms, guaranteeing seamless operations for clients worldwide.

• Collaborate with business and operational staff on a daily basis, optimizing efficiency through operational activities and scheduling changes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in network and infrastructure technologies (e.g.,CCNA OR CCNP or CCIE) preferred.

Skills (MUST) :

• Strong technical knowledge of network devices, including Routers & Switches,IPC Trad Voice and call managers
• Proficient in managing data circuits and voice recording systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in a 24/7 network environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, implement changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
