1. He/she shall be assisting the QC Technician / Operation Executive in implementing all required inspection tasks undertaken by the quality control department. He/she shall report and reject all irregularities or non-conformance prescribed specifications and quality standards as specified to the QC Technician / Operation Executive.
2. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in ensuring that all the products received from the suppliers according to data sheets, and document results are properly and adequately inspected and to provide to the suppliers with regular quality information. 5. He shall do accurate transfer of items from one warehouse to another in ERP accordingly and assign serial number in ERP, if necessary.
6. He shall carry out basic product demonstration to walk-in customer if necessary.
7. He/she shall inform to purchaser/sales PIC if any immediate discrepancies found in respective in-coming shipment.
8. He/she shall raise a non-conformance report / GRR to the respective goods, which are having discrepancy and not compliance with specifications/ requirements.
9. He/she shall program the transmitters, controllers and indicators with respect to the customer requirements and outgoing delivery order requirements.
10. He/she shall perform detailed Q.C. Inspection on ACEZ assembled products with respect to the outgoing inspection procedure and criteria.
11. He/she shall raise a GRR and assist to evaluate the customer returned / rejected goods / repair & service items.
12. He/she shall issue the certificate of compliance to the goods as per delivery order requirements.
13. He/she shall carryout the in-house calibration for listed QC instruments and updates master records, also periodic maintenance to the QC tools and instruments.
14. He/she shall ensure that a high standard of Quality Control procedures/ISO 9001 documentation are measured, implemented and maintained for the image of the company.
15. He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in the preparation of the quality control reports.

In return, we offer you
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. Required Education & Experience:

Program Leadership
A Program Director and Executive Leader administer the HSB program and ensure the intern receives feedback on character, skills, growth, and performance. An Executive Mentor is assigned to each intern and serves as a consistent professional resource for the duration of the internship.
