Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation and management of quality control systems
• Implement all QA/QC inspection and testing as project specifications or by regulatory requirements and shall be familiar with all aspects of testing required for a major project of similar tender scope with similar scale and complexity including the quality testing requirements of local Authorities such as the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (SPRING Singapore)
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Control and manage QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

• Review and update food safety and quality management programs ensuring Sonoma achieves and maintains WSE and HACCP certification
• Review HACCP plans

• Ensure Good Manufacturing Process and foreign object audits are performed throughout production, warehouse and dispatch areas

• Coordinate regular HACCP review meetings

In your new role as the Performance Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of our service delivery teams. This role involves communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, process owners, and clients, to ensure alignment and engagement on service delivery. The Performance Assurance Manager will manage the Hard Services delivery to ensure that our buildings operate in compliance with the appropriate statutory, legal, technical, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will manage the supply chain relationships with all MITIE Group companies and approved subcontractors, including carrying out quality reviews on performance. They will also manage temporary hire, ensuring hired items are off-hired in a timely manner, and manage cost submissions, ensuring annual POs are raised and costs are submitted to finance.
