• This position will interface with wafer fab, mainly NAND and ASIC, package & product design, electrical and physical characterization, lab testing, failure analysis, assembly R&D and other process teams. 
• In this position, you will be responsible for influencing package and product design by addressing structural reliability issues particularly and advancing the technology of semiconductor packaging generally. 
• Scope is to address all mechanical aspects of packaging technology and associated material and process interactions. 
• Focus will be on solutions to meet increased demands for small form factor packages with thinner chips, denser interconnects and higher power. 
• As a packaging simulation engineer, you will work in the Packaging R&D group on modeling and simulation across semiconductor packaging, flash memory product, and host levels. 

• Strategy planning, formulation, and execution.
• Communication to all stakeholders involved, supporting VP on business strategy planning and implementation.
• Project management to ensure successful execution of the strategy by managing project plans, including milestones and major deliverables.
• Support change management of initiatives with end-to-end accountability.

• Key focus on electrical design and hands on support for electrical system, especially in maintenance & switching for HT up to 132KV.

• Be responsible for respective Site Services such as Janitorial Services (Housekeeping, Pest control and Hygiene, Groundskeeping/ Landscaping & Laundry, Cafeteria Services (Food and Beverage), Transportation Services, Dormitory/ Hostel Services, Building maintenance and others site support activities.
• Operate, monitor and maintain equipment performance within the desired parameter.
• Ensure instrument be up to dated calibrated and validated for ensuring system reliability, effectiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare and ensure system WI (Working Instruction), SOO (Sequence Of Operation)/SOP (Sequence Of Procedure), PIV(Piping, Instrument & Valves)/SLD (Single Line Diagram)/Layout/Sectional drawings and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) documentation and checklist are kept up to date.
• Prepare and conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and Determination of Controls and their Aspect and Impact to environment for the respective system and even process and work out with mitigation plan in order to minimize or eliminate the potential risk.
• Attend to and manage planned/unplanned start up/shutdown/downtime or breakdowns either facility system or whole plant. 
• Ensure system/services compliance to company, local, national and international regulatory and ISO standard such as UBBL, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, RBA/EICC, HALAL, food handling, SPAD and etc.
• Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various interest parties in the daily operation issue, customer feedback, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.
• Project support and liaison with consultants for designs and submissions and authorities in regulating confirmations and approvals prior to site works
• Coordinate vendors and suppliers for system maintenance and construction until project closure with testing and commissioning.
• Involved and support in internal/external/customer audit and performance correction/corrective action and preventive action against findings/improvement.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust quality systems to support the supplier quality engineering function.
• Train supplier quality engineers to effectively utilize quality data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and maintain data pipelines and warehouses.
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of systems, procedures, and data management practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

• Responsible for Mold Process Recipe/Process Parameters setup
• Define the process window and recipe baseline by using JMP DOE approach.
• Good in problem solving and work on the Root Cause Analysis/Finding using, 5 whys, DMAIC, 8D approach/methodology
• Work closely with Cross site’s Package development team to understand the Package Design Rules & Requirements
• Ensure smooth transition from Development to new product qualification phase
• Work closely with manufacturing process and equipment team, and cross site process development team
• Documentation: SOP, WI, FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.
• Ensure effective hand shake/pass over of process for New device/product introduction to the production line and new process technology capabilities development.
• Responsible for new material/component first article inspection and final buyoff.
• Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material/UPH cost down & yield enhancement program.
• Ensure robustness of process control to meet yield & through-put expectation.
• Report any non-conformance/customer complaint issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions.
