Provide full spectrum HR services to Singapore based employees in Tools & Outdoor and Corporate Functions. Additionally to handle payroll and work with vendors for SEA

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day HR matters across the entire employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, probation assessment, work-pass, contract renewal etc.
• Handles payroll, statutory contributions and income tax related matters for Singapore employees working with appointed payroll vendor

• Involve in company’s Learning & Development including organizing bonding activities

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ prior work experiences in full spectrum HR in a multinational company is required
• Prior exposure supporting senior leaders
• Prior working experience with handling more than 1 country payroll knowledge (other than SG)
