To ensure that all clinical equipment and consumable store rooms are managed in line with adequate stock levels, stock rotation and maintained in line with 5S standards ensuring waste is at a minimum. Lead on continuous improvement workstreams utilising the UHCWi improvement methodology across all theatre footprints. Supporting Theatres Specialty Leads to deliver improvements relating to their stock ordering roles across all theatre footprints Act as the central coordinator of UHCWs Theatres liaison with the sterilising service for instrument trays and other equipment that requires sterilising. Ensure all equipment is safe and fit for purpose via an asset database and that all routine maintenance and servicing is up to date, working closely with the MEBs Team to ensure early escalation of issues on the horizon. Monitor equipment lifespan and work with the Clinical Leads, Lead Nurses and Service Managers to formulate the capital replacement plans as part of yearly business planning. Ensure robust processes for staff to escalate faulty equipment to the Clinical Support Resource Team facilitating timely access to replacement equipment and equipment repairs, with either MEBs or external contractors. Develops and implements effective, value-added human resource solutions that contribute to the company’s commitment to achieving profitable, sustainable growth.

· Drives and facilitates the effective use of our tools across the business with a style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in approach, to achieve commitments through excellence in application, service, and delivery.

· Provides local site leadership for total rewards to include benefit administration, rewards, recognition, and compensation management.

· Actively supports and helps the leadership team utilize the full complement in Total Operating System to drive Commercial, Operational and Financial Excellence. Utilizing our operating system (BES) recommends innovative approaches, processes, and procedures to facilitate continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services provided.

· Maintain current knowledge of employment law, best practices in employee relations and local regulations pertaining to employment. Develop and/or implement fair, consistent policies in compliance with current employment law to include site compliance for AAP/EEO, HIPAA and supports HSE with safety compliance.
