The Role

You will be reporting to Finance Manager and responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsible for Sales to Gross Margin Closing Processes, Recording & Reconciliation and provides analysis on Price, FX, Material Cost and Expenditures movements & trending.
• Business Partnering with Program/ Project Engineers/ Managers for decision-making and customers & project margins matters across entities/ divisions.
• Assist in monthly forecasting & annual budgeting for assigned division or region.
• Perform cost controlling on entity level and cost centers expenditures to identify areas for efficiency gains and improvements.
• Business partnering & advisory to operations on all inventory and process related matters.
• Develop and maintain accurate product & process costing for correct inventory valuation and to support various business initiatives.
• Analyse actual vs. standard manufacturing & material costs & variances for the plants in the region.
• Determine & tabulate cost drivers and cost pools for yearly standard rates & yield setting.
• Reconciles inventory sub-ledgers to general ledger and manages inventory & excess & obsolescence provision.
• Participate & Lead continuous improvement initiatives through data gathering, in-depth understanding of processes and systems setups to identify gaps & recommend & lead improvement areas.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis/ project as required.

Your Profile

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or any other professional qualifications.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years in financial/cost analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with costing experience.
• SAP HANA/ECC FICO knowledge (especially CO) is preferred.
• Preferably with advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess problem solving and strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Scope

• Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings
• Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming.
• Create the Offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components
• Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill and 5 Axis centres
• Readout CNC codes including probing cycles for program creation
• Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut
• Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
• Generate 3D models using NX

Key Technical/Professional Competencies

• Read and understand Engineering and Stage drawings
• Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming.
• Create offline CNC programs using NX7.5 and above for Aero engine and Structural components
• Proven Experience in CATIA V5 CNC Programming is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Team center functions
• Hands on Experience of Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill centers
• Thorough knowledge on Cutting tools and fluids
• Ability to readout CNC codes including probing cycles.
• Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut
• Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
• Should be proficient enoughto generate 3D models using NX
• Should be proficient to use and implement tollgate systems and be able to perform self-defect management with problem solving ability
• All work should be self-engineered, mistake proof and produce a ready to use output.
• Optimization in Programming and machining techniques
• Awareness of aerospace quality requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum hands on experience in Manufacturing Engineering 3-8 years
• At least two years experience in Offline programming ( UG NX, CATIA ,ESPIRIT)
• Should have background on Quality Management Systems
• Sound Shop Floor background

Non Mandatory Skills

• Good understanding of Aerospace and Auto components
• Experience in VBA coding is added advantage

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules.
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance.
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules.
• Experience in using internet banking for payment.
• Knowledge of payroll processing with Times Payroll.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min. at least 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently
• Accounting knowledge with hands on experience
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Dynamic Business.
• Proficient in Ms Excel
