• Provide L1 & L2 end user technical support to 200 users at the sites and show a customer friendly attitude to a wide range of users from factory operators to directors and executives
• Administer and manage IT support issues / system upgrades for PC's, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, security and networks and all related activity to support the Local IT systems to a high level of user service and satisfaction.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and reolve technical issue
• Support the network and regional systems for process automation and local databases in support of local processes such as safety incident registration, local audit/ISO needs, holiday registration, complaints processes, etc.
• To work with and support the IT Administrators and contractors on the sites within the given region and offer specialist in depth knowledge and advice.
