Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Assist with any bank related matters.
• Assist with the coordination with company secretary
• Handle / Coordinate for all ACRA matters.
• Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable assignments
• Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company.
• Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review
• Perform bank reconciliations, collection and credit control.
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose.
• Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Participation in ad-hoc project, when required.
• The day-to-day duties of managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices and resolving account queries.
• Other Adhoc duties as assigned by Reporting officer
