The Senior Director of Sales, Issuing Solutions for AP will be accountable for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Issuer-centric Products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added-Services (“VAS”).  This role to be based in Singapore will involve a quota-based SIP (Sales Incentive Plan), and reports to the SVP, Regional VAS for AP.

This leader will drive maximum value within our existing installed customer base with primary responsibilities to drive revenue, retention and renewals, and the day-to-day relationships with our most strategic clients.  Through operational excellence, this leader will ensure optimal customer engagement post sales.

The role works closely with Global VAS Leadership, regional Issuing Solution leaders, and country Sales leaders to craft sales strategies for each market and key account, set and manage to a sales outlook, and closely manage a pipeline of regional deals.  Success will require close partnership with regional functions (including, but not limited to Issuing Solutions, Product Management, Group Country Management, Finance, Risk, Business Planning) to ensure regional sales and business goals are met.

Importantly, the Sales focus for this role will be on an Issuer-centric client segment vs. a specific Product domain.  As such, the leader will be accountable for managing Sales of multiple Product domains that address the needs of Visa’s Issuer clients.  This will include select Risk and Acceptance Solutions in addition to Issuing Solutions; and the selected leader will manage a team of sellers with fluency across each.

This leader will actively build a Sales program and strategy that aligns to Visa’s proven Sales Methodology.  Central to this methodology is identifying how customers define success and then link Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals.  Sales programs must consider direct-to-client Sales and resale/referral channels that include Visa’s many relationships with Payment Technology Partners.  This role is also accountable for documenting Customer Success Plans to accelerate revenue activation and scale clients’ business.

• The Sr. Program Manager will lead project planning activities and facilitate project meetings, ensuring the project team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality deliverables in a timely fashion
• Leveraging strong project management industry expertise and collaboration skills, identify required activities to successfully deliver the program, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place

The Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (AuNZSP) Group Country Manager and their team are responsible for executing Visa's strategy in the countries that make up the AuNZSP cluster. 

The Group Country Manager’s (GCM) leadership team is made up of the Country Manager of New Zealand & South Pacific, key client Sales Leaders and core Visa function leaders.  

What a Group Country Manager, AuNZSP does at Visa:
The Group Country Manager has overall management responsibility for all aspects of Visa’s AuNZSP business operations, including P&L responsibility for the Visa business in the markets. They will be expected to effectively develop local initiatives and deploy Visa’s relevant global solutions across the group to strengthen Visa’s client and other partnerships and drive local and regional business growth.  This is achieved through:

Strategic and Operational Leadership

• Design and execute strategies and key initiatives to achieve Visa’s Core, Value Added Services (VAS) and Commercial & Money Movement Services (CMS) business growth and performance goals for the AuNZSP cluster.
• Monitor the local development of various industries including payments, banking and financial services and technology/big data for trends, as well as other factors with the potential to impact Visa’s current and future business in AuNZSP and across Asia Pacific. 

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in AuNZSP and determine the appropriate level of resource investment to pursue effectively. Reprioritizing resources where necessary.
• Lead Visa’s strategy with government, central bank and other regulatory institutions within AuNZSP.
• Broadly represent Visa across multiple areas from sales to regulatory affairs to corporate and social responsibility by speaking at conferences and business forums and undertaking media/public relations activities to drive positive perceptions of the company.
• As a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team (APLT), effectively collaborate with fellow APLT members to help set and execute the overall regional strategy.

Client and Stakeholder Partnerships

• Develop, cultivate and maintain deep partnership with client CEOs, management teams, decision-makers and other influencers within Visa’s clients, banks, national banking associations, key merchants, merchant associations as well as prospective and existing Fin Tech partners.
• Ensure that client account plans are up to date with current priorities and opportunities, aligned with Visa’s functional priorities and that these client account plans are executed with excellence.
• Engage regulators and other government entities in collaboration with the Visa Government Engagement team around Visa’s ability to drive stronger economic growth, business innovation and financial inclusion. 

People Leadership and Management

• Lead and manage Visa’s AuNZSP team, managing Visa’s current talent and hiring new staff to expand the team’s capabilities. Actively engage employees with exceptional communications skills and commitment by role modelling the behaviors underlying Visa’s four leadership principles.
• Collaborate directly with all functions (VCA, MS&A, Product & Solutions, Marketing, Clients Services, Risk, Finance, HR, Government Engagement, Legal, Corporate Comms), to ensure that each function contributes to and supports the execution of the Cluster’s strategic agenda.

The Process Improvement Specialist is a business process improvement role. It is part of the Operational Excellence & Execution (OE&E) team that is part of the Employee Enablement Solutions (EES) team within Corporate IT (CIT). This group champions the technology needs of Visa staff.

This position requires extensive Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) experience analyzing and creating process flows within the context of cross-functional programs.  The successful applicant will also possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to influence teams to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  This position plays a pivotal role to ensure end users can conveniently and effectively execute their responsibilities in the Visa environment. 

In addition, this role requires demonstrated experience with process analysis, process design, process flow documentation, process improvement and target operating models. As the Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will actively lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) process improvement methodologies with the output being an optimal future state process and/or target operating model. 

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist who has a mind for creating metrics, the ability to formulate strategy, and can lead critical continuous process improvement efforts, with the goal of improving both operating and financial performance.  This role requires the ability to understand an acquired entities processes and ways of working, operational and technical, to drive an optimal future state, that results in enhanced experiences during and post-acquisition integration. 

Essential Functions

Leverage Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and other process improvement methodologies to drive process improvement, transformation, and automation through cross-functional collaboration across all areas of the organization.

Cultivate trusted advisor relationships across the Corporate IT Integration Management Office organization and with their stakeholders and customers through demonstrated expertise and action-based leadership. 

Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team. 

Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and acquired entities to formulate strategy, define customer needs, validate requirements and proposed changes to business processes and operating models. 

Develop process improvement procedures and monitoring and reporting on process performance and adoption across the organization. 

Formulate strategic objectives and appropriate key measurements for initiatives. 

Analyze current process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements, updating and maintaining documentation on process improvements and performance. 

Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, demand analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes.  Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements. 

Serve as a change agent for transitioning business stakeholders to new ways of working. 

Provide education and training on changes, updates, and improvements for guidelines, processes, and procedures to stakeholders and management.  Serve as a contributor and advocate for global Lean Six Sigma initiatives and the fostering of a Lean Six Sigma culture. 

Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues as needed.  Serves as a catalyst for continuous business process improvement, transformation, and innovation.
